to clear conflicting catch-clearing confusion --English translation

I have to say that English is not my first language, and I assume it

is not yours, or Rutvic-s, or Latika's either. So here is

my " translation " of the relevant part of Latika's email (I just put

paranthesis around frases that belong together):

The " translation " , as I see it: If you do regular footsoaking and

clean your right Swadisthan and Nabhi (the chakras related to the

liver) with regular ice-packing, then all the related catches (be it

left heart, left Vishudhi, etc) will also be cleared.

This is the latest email regarding ice-pack (which i have never used

but still managed to get my diabetes under control). Whom am i to

believe now?

Dear Vic,

 

Ice pack can be used not only for liver but for any chakra on the

right side of the subtle system. It is ecpecially efficient on the

Right Heart during the heart attack. (In this case one could also put

it on the stomach and in this moment we don`t work with the candel at

Heart Chakra). Ice pack is also very good for our ego - for this one

should put it on the left half of a head (for example on the left

hand side Agya which is actually a part of Pingala Nadi).

 

There is also an exception (I know only one) - ice pack could be put

on Back Agya (instead of working with a candel) - when there is an

extensive hit in the Back Agya coming from the Swadhisthana which is

also located next to Back Agya on the head. This is a case in

diabetes for example. And also as you know we can put ice pack

wherever ther is an extensive hit.
