Does the movement and the heavy feeling on top of my

head indicate that i have crossed the sahastrar? It

seems to happen at almost anytime, not just during

meditation i.e. while driving etc. Also, as soon as i

put on matajis tapes i feel that something i.e. the

kundalini is moving on my head.

 

jagbir thank you for all your detailed replies to all

my queries. It has indeed been very kind of you.

 

On a lighter note, how did you know that the gentleman

whose face had darkened and was not able to meditate,

was a sexual pervert? I'm really curious. Was it an

intutive guess?
