Guest guest
Hi, I just joined the list. Until yesterday, I had never heard of Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi. I have a few questions now. I will likely have more: 1. I have been reading through the website (adishakti.org). Is there a page which describes your basic beliefs, meditation practices, etc.? 2. Can one become a member of your movement? If so, how? I live in the Kansas City suburbs (on the Kansas side of the state line). 3. The only " Mataji " I knew of was the mother of Guru Maharaji (Prem Rawat). Is she the same person? (I had some friends, back in the 1970s, who were followers of Guru Maharaji, i.e., " premies. " ) Regards, Mark A. Foster

You are more than welcome to ask any question, even criticize. i will try to be as transparent and truthful as possible. > > 1. I have been reading through the website (adishakti.org). The holy scriptures promised this eschatological event, and that is exactly what has happened. The aim of Sahaja Yoga (Last Judgment/Resurrection) is to awaken the kundalini in order to attain Self-Realization (second birth of spirit/Baptism of Allah). Over months/years not only are we able to significantly heal ourselves in mind and body, but also to understand the deepest secrets of the Sahasrara (Kingdom of God) that destroys all religious falsehood and conditioning. The ultimate aim is for you to realize Tat Twam Asi (Thou Art That). The Kingdom of God within compels you to become conscious of your imperishable divinity.
