Ever since Yogi Mahajan started wielding influence amongst SYs in the 80s many deferred to his views. The most damaging was his demonizing those with special spiritual vision. In his view the maharani would be regarded as 'possessed', and there are YM-era SYs today who strongly defend their conviction. As far as they are concerned anyone who can see gods and goddesses are possessed by evil spirits. Perhaps this is the reason why i never heard anything about this maharani. The sad fact is that such ignorant SYs continue to spread this fear of possession to others, and label as " demonic " anyone claiming to see gods and goddesses prostrating before Shri Mataji. What other schools of yoga revere as priceless mystical truth is dreaded as spirit-possession by these foolish Yogi Mahajan-influenced SYs. And when the Yuvashakti perpetuates such views you know Sahaja Yoga is in for a long haul. jagbir
