Guest guest
Jagbir, What are your views on Mahesh's mail below. You are open minded and from whatI gather from your mails, you are more interested in the Devi in the Sahasrara, rather than just the physical incarnation of SM. Personally, I think that using the tactics Mahesh has highlighted is very misleading. Between us, I think we should agree that the SY meditation, at least in the first 5-6 months can let all our negative aspects get highlighted/pronounced. My panic attack, suicides that you are aware of and numerous other 'side-effects' are known to happen in the odd case. While i do agree that the end result is beneficial to all who get realised and that the world becomes a better place with each new SY, I strongly oppose misleading anyone. If Mahesh or anyone else is so keen on enrolling more SY's then let them give individual pitches to people. It will ensure that all new SY's have mentors who guide them and clear their anxieties. Further, it takes time to develop faith in the Devi. I had to get initiated 3 times, and i was fortunate, if thats an appropriate word to use, that i was unemployed and miserable due to events in my life. I therefore kept going back again and again, to 'TEST " the system. IF a new comer visits a temple and is made to bow to the devi, he will ridicule himself for bowing to a photograph or even a fellow human being (if he has the good fortune to meet SM in person). Now imagine if he drops in at the time of a puja and is asked to shell out 100 bucks!! The final result will be that he will close his mind to both SY and SM. Effectively, you are stealing that persons right to get self-realised in this lifetime! Mahesh, you or anybody else has no right to do that. --- mahesh khatri <maheshkhatri wrote: > > Jai Shri Mataji > > > > In a new development we have got the opportunity to > introduce sahaja yoga to corporate world. We must let them know that She is the Adi Shakti who will rid them of their physical/mental problems. Thus corporate leaders/employees will not be offended or put off later on. In fact they will be more confident that, being the Adi Shakti, She will definitely heal them in mind and body. After all, feeling the vibrations flowing from an open Brahmarandhra after kundalini awakening is only possible by a Divine Personality. Just yesterday i told one of my friends that Shri Mataji can cure him of his chronic alcoholism because She is the Shakti. i made it plain to him that he will be cured by the Adi Shakti, and nothing else. It is when SYs deliberately try to keep Shri Mataji's identity secret because of fear they will leave that problems arise. They keep insisting that She is a great teacher, guru etc. This practice is deplorable. i believe that over the decades the vast majority of seekers have left without any knowledge of who Shri Mataji really is and Her message to humanity. This same mistake may be repeated in Mumbai. The present SY websites do not do justice to the Adi Shakti, falling way short. Scant evidence is given that Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi is the incarnation of the Shakti. Corporate leaders/clients who begin practicing Sahaja Yoga may become skeptical after reading their contents. This catch-22 situation will continue to plague Sahaja Yoga till an overhaul is made of official websites. Mahesh is just trying to make the best of a bad situation. We cannot blame him for that. jagbir
