That was when i attended the Shri Adi Shakti Puja, June 18 - 20, 1999 at Canajoharie, New York. i remember the collective shoe-beating session which was followed till it came to Chopra. The SYogini explained that Shri Mataji was told about how Chopra was copying Sahaja Yoga and its techniques. i found it difficult to comprehend exactly how Chopra had done so because i used to browse so many books at stores in my search for Truth. i never found any resemblance to Sahaja Yoga. The SYogini never presented any proof or the nature of the copied material. A few SYs, including me, did not shoe-beat him. Till today i have no knowedlge of exactly what Shri Mataji said about him. If SYs have heard anything then give me Her exact words. i don't want that " i heard from A who was informed by B while visiting C " . After hearing all sorts of things from all sorts of people - like Shri Mataji spending US$32,000 on diamonds to open the Agnya Chakra of America, a completely false and baseless allegation - i normally take a precautionary pinch of salt. Sometimes in our zeal to sanitize Sahaja Yoga we tend to embellish truth. Even children see monsters lurking in the shadows. jagbir
