Guest guest
Dear All, Please give me some advice on something that i'm sure all of you have mastered. But before i ask, I must tell you that the last time i asked for a remedy for sweaty hands. Guess what! i was reading through the sahaj vidya site and i read mataji's advice saying that its a left heart weakness. I have been giving vibrations everyday and my hands have been dry for almost two weeks now! I can shake hands with people without thinking twice and it feels terrific! I have another issue now, the right heart chakra corresponds with shri Sitaram. What do i do of this is weak? I mean i do not have the corresponding qualities and i do want to develop them. Is it alright to give circular motions with my right hand over the right heart heart chakra? Is this more effective than placing my hand over it? My right nabhi is lso weak, is it ok to put my right hand there as well? Thanks in anticipation, Alex

Clockwise from the front becomes anti-clockwise from the back, doesn't it? jagbir
