The only way would be to restrict membership and ensure all messages require approval. i really dislike having any control over what is posted by members, both SYs and non-SYs. Most religious/spiritual sites do vet messages and delete dissent/anger/abuse because religion is a contentious issue, to say the least. i have read really disturbing posts between Shias and Shiites, Catholics and Bahais, Sikhs and Hindus and the list goes on. Some fanatics, blinded by their ignorance and false sense of superiority, just keep attacking others. Even SY forums restrict membership and posts, even though their message is mild - the subtle system and self-realization. So far this adishakti forum has not resorted to such means because i am of the opinion that what is presented is the Truth. Nothing can be more controversial than the Adi Shakti coming to deliver the message of the Last Judgment and Al-Qiyamah. Yet no one has threatened or abused and this can only be proven by open membership and unmoderated posting. i think the inconvenience of an occasional porn spam is a small price to pay for freedom to disagree. If there are errors in Shri Mataji's message to humanity i want all members to know about it right away. If there is such a fear then i have every reason to restrict. i never had, or having any now nor ever will. jagbir

But a few manage to go through because they use non-porn headings. i delete and ban the sender. Things are improving nevertheless: " Campaigners against spam on the internet have won a major battle against the world's second largest internet service provider. US firm Savvis was allegedly earning up to $2 million a month from 148 of the world's worst spammers, a former employee had claimed. Following talks with anti-spam groups, Savvis has now promised to get rid of the spammers using its network. The move has been welcomed by anti-spam campaigners and organisations.
