So please do not feel that there is much to learn from SYs. My decade-old experience compels me to say that you will learn little. It is in daily meditation to attain the thoughtless state and guidance from within that will transform you most. The majority of SYs preach that " Sahaja Yoga is a unique method of meditation based on an experience called Self-Realization (Kundalini Awakening) that can occur within each human being. Through this process an inner transformation takes place by which one becomes moral, united, integrated and balanced. " Due to this emphasis Sahaja Yoga is known more of a subtle system that allows humans to become relaxed, stress-free and better humans. Thus SYs have become experts at detecting all sorts of chakra imbalances, both real and imaginary. The raison d'etre for the Adi Shakti taking birth on Earth and Her message to humanity is conveniently forgotten. You are like a professional marathon runner deciding to join a fitness club. Just imagine club members giving all sorts of advice, even unsolicited, about how to maintain a healthy body. Soon they discover all sorts of unhealthy signs that require changes in diet and exercises. Some even declare that running is bad for you. Within a short period of time you will feel quite unhealthy with various body disorders. That is what will happen if you begin to listen to SYs who are subtle system experts. They will just give you all sorts of treatments for endless chakras imbalances. My question: Why join a fitness club when you are already a professional marathon runner? So Kyvolk, take it real easy and just learn to meditate. Spend the next 6 months just meditating and let the Mother Kundalini cure you of all chakra blockages or health problems. By then you will have advanced more than many SYs who even spend years just trying to heal all sorts of petty subtle system problems. Trying to treat chakra catches is just like taking medication and other treatments every time you sneeze, cough or sniffle. i honestly do not want you to be mired in all this ceaseless chakra chatter. Just meditate and learn to be your own master. Did your tattoos prevent your spirit from getting Self-realization (second birth by the Spirit)? If you want to remain focused on the Last Judgment and seek guidance from the Adi Shakti within just learn to meditate. Do not seek external pettiness that will drastically slow your progress. Continue from where your spirit recorded the initial experience months ago. The Spirit only seeks a pure heart of a good soul. Don't let others condition you with contradictory advise because all extreme lifestyles and self-abuse will eventually end - the Mother Kundalini will purify mind and body. So be your own master and Her child, jagbir
