" Mystics hold, fifthly, that their practices ultimately lead to the development of supernormal faculties and extraordinary mental powers or even strange physical ones, either as the gift of God's grace or as the consequence of their own efforts. " i believe you are absorbing a lot of negativity from within yourself and your surroundings, and are undergoing a cleansing process. Please do not feel alarmed as the Mother Kundalini is just doing Her job and clearing all your blocked chakras. i would suggest next time you sit on a chair, place both feet in a large bowl of water with a little salt, and then meditate. This mantra will help you: OM TWAMEVA SHAKSAT SHRI GANESHA SHAKSAT SHRI ADI SHAKTI MATAJI SHRI NIRMALA DEVI NAMOH NAMAH Repeat it four times before beginning meditation. Mantra should be said with left hand palm open upwards and resting on left knee (facing ether) and right palm open downwards (facing Mother Earth). Continue this foot soaking daily until swelling recede. After that you need only to meditate daily and the ever-strengthening and increasing strands of the Mother Kundalini reaching the Sahasrara will take care of the rest. Guest guest
Or Maisie, you are just too full of vibrations that somehow cannot be absorbed by others. i remember Shri Mataji's feet used to get swollen during pujas and needed massaging. Perhaps foot soaking will help too. jagbir
Guest guest
Namaste Jagbir; Thank you for your relies and your suggestions, I will definitly try them. You may be correct about the vibrations. at one point I was shaking an eleveator with 3 other people in it. Also when I awake in the morning, the top portion of my mattress is sitting about 2 inches of the box spring of my bed. I have been feeling the vibration when I lay on my left side for the past 10 years. Within this past year I now feeling it, no matter when way I try to sleep. It was become such a big part of my life that I an uncomfortable on the rare occasion when I do not feel it. For a while I was experiencing a series of sharp pains, like an electrical shock mostly in the left foot. This is happening very rarely now. Many blessings to you Maisie > Or Maisie, you are just too full of vibrations that somehow cannot > be absorbed by others. i remember Shri Mataji's feet used to get > swollen during pujas and needed massaging.
