Guest guest
I posted the below experience to another group I belong to and a Dear Friend suggested I may find answers here. Thank you Greetings all: Can anyone tell me why, when I meditate, do Sahaja yogo or listen to meditation music, my feet swell to 3 times there normal size? It started a few months back when I took my first Sahaja meditation class. At first i thought it was because of the carpet and the fact that I am allergic to nylon. My feet started to tingle, then get very hot and uncomfortable. By the time I was ready to leave, they were so swollen, I have a difficult time putting my sandals on. I really enjoyed the classes, and know that I have truly experienced something wonderful, when my husband looked into my eyes and said, " Hi stoney " . My face and eyes told the complete story. I have since started doing the meditation at home online, but each time I do I get the same reaction. The noontime meditation we did recently, resulted in my feet swelling as well. Just curious as to what others think of this. Namaste Maze
