Yes, after nearly a year of vigorous denials and howling protests

Ms. Gilmer somehow flipped. This digest is no fiction because it has

come from the proverbial mare's mouth. In the confession Ms. Gilmer

/Jenny Oliver, against astronomical odds, admits that:

1) she is a lesbian (not that i disapprove of her lifestyle). i

quote her:

> So what if i am gay?? What has it got to do with any of you??

>

> It's my business if I want to sign up to gay newsletters, and

> nothing to do with anyone else on this forum.

>

2) that she was a patient (and maybe still is an out-patient) at the

Wolston Park Mental Hospital in Brisbane, one of the largest

psychiatric facilities in Australia. i quote:

> Yes, but that's none of your business. I was going through a very

> traumatic time after leaving Sahaja Yoga.

>

i believe she was really sick when she briefly joined Sahaja Yoga.

The way i see it is that she is trying to blame Shri Mataji for her

mental problems the way some drug addicts blame society for their

drug dependence. Maybe one day she will flip again and tell the

truth about her pre-SY medical history that is the source and cause

of her troubled life.

3) that she been posting with false id's like her leader Simon. i

quote:

> I've already admitted posting as Midnite Topaz and I was banned

> by Judy for some time for that. That's all been dealt with. Apart

Obviously someone keeping up and posting on 20 forums cannot

remember all the false IDs used. Ms. Gilmer and Simon use such

multiple identities to pose questions on one ID and answer on

another. This gives the illusion that a number of people are

actively engaged in dialogue when all the time it is just one

person. You know about Simon masquerading as Joel/SimonDM/Rudra/

stillasahajayogi/danielglasheen/thebishop and others. His latest

incarnation is Balwinsome who has given birth to another character

" canthisbejoel " .

What i cannot understand is why Ms. Gilmer keeps blaming Shri Mataji

for her own mental and social problems. This sick fixation seems to

also afflict her mentor Simon who has still not got over his

expulsion from Sahaja Yoga nearly 20 years. i mean any person in the

right frame of mind will just walk away and heal themselves of

whatever hate and rage afflicts them.

But Simon has continued his hate campaign against Shri Mataji who

had no choice but to expel him as he was becoming a danger to others

SYs. i mean when you plot to rid Sahaja Yoga of negativity by

killing off the leaders, some drastic action has to be taken. Simon

should be glad that Shri Mataji just asked him to leave Sahaja Yoga

for his own sake and safety, instead of reporting him to the police.

But as i heard, hell hath no fury like a false prophet scorned. He

just went berserk and started his one-man campaign.

At this stage we do not have evidence that Simon is mentally sick.

But when you proclaim to the world that you are Jesus' uncle Saint

Joseph and the Keeper of the Holy Grail, obviously something is wrong

with you. Claiming to be an incarnation of Shri Rama only drives

home the point that he is a really sick individual. But to keep

ranting and raving since 1985 against Shri Mataji, who has nothing

whatsoever to do with his mental state, is just bordering on

psychosis and other related problems.

Both Simon and Ms. Gilmer are suffering from a combination of two or

more of these disorders:

1) psychosis which is a serious mental derangement characterized by

defective or lost contact with reality. The primary psychoses are

schizophrenia and the delusional disorders (e.g., megalomania), but

extreme cases of depression and bipolar disorder, substance-induced

delirium, and certain varieties of dementia are also understood to

share important features with the psychoses. The major symptoms,

aside from delusions and hallucinations, are disorganized speech and

behaviour and, often, mood disturbances. Treatment usually consists

of medication and counseling in an institutional setting.

2) delusion, which In psychology is the absolute conviction, often

preoccupying, that is characterized as idiosyncratic, of personal

significance to the deluded individual, and persistent despite

logical absurdity or contradictory evidence. Delusions are

symptomatic of such mental disorders as paranoia, schizophrenia, and

major depression and other physiological conditions;

3) paranoia which is a mental disorder characterized by delusions of

persecution or grandeur, usually without hallucinations. Paranoia

was formerly classified as a distinct psychosis but is now generally

treated as one of several varieties of schizophrenia or, in milder

cases, of personality disorder. The paranoid person generally

suffers from exaggerated self-reference, a tendency to construe

independent events and acts as pertaining to him- or herself.

4) schizophrenias which is a group of severe mental disorders that

have in common symptoms such as hallucinations, delusions, blunted

emotions, disorganized thinking, and withdrawal from reality.

Four main types are recognized: the paranoid, characterized by

delusions of persecution or grandeur combined with unrealistic,

illogical thinking and frequent auditory hallucinations; the

disorganized (hebephrenic), characterized by disordered speech and

behaviour and shallow or inappropriate emotional responses; the

catatonic, characterized by motor inflexibility, stupor, or

stereotyped movements along with mutism, echolalia, or other speech

abnormalities; and the undifferentiated, a nonspecific type.

Schizophrenia seems to occur in 0.5–1% of the general population.

There is strong evidence that genetic inheritance plays a role, but

no single cause has been identified. Stressful life experiences may

help trigger its onset. Treatment consists of drug therapy and

counseling. About one-third of all patients make a full recovery,

one-third have recurring episodes, and one-third deteriorate into a

chronic condition.

5) fantasy i.e., visualizing mental images or imaginary narratives

that distort or entirely depart from reality. Primary fantasies

arise spontaneously from the unconscious, while secondary fantasies

are consciously summoned and pursued. Sigmund Freud saw fantasy as a

vehicle for the expression of repressed desires. Fantasy is

important in the lives of children and is a vital element in play.

In adult life it is crucial to creative thinking and the making of

art. Fantasy can become destructive if it serves as a constant

refuge from the world of reality and a source of delusions. (source:

Maybe one day Simon will confess just like Ms. Gilmer that he too

has been seeing a shrink ever since he left Sahaja Yoga way back in

1986. Till then we will just have to take his word that he is

innocent of all charges by reason of The Madness.

A wonderful synopsis, Jag.

Ms Nutmeg has quite obviously flipped under the pressure of it all.

And how completely insane she must be to try denying it afterwards. But

she's been insane for years.

What was also very satisfying was reading Simon writing again as his

'balwinsome' character demanding proof, just like he did as 'daniel glasheen'.

The proof we had was from a SYogi who simply got into his account :-D

He can deny it all til he is blue in the face, but we know he is 'joel',

he even writes the same as when he invented 'daniel'.

In fact, all his pseudo characters write the same textually as 'joel'

and 'daniel' and the others. he's not very creative at all. Many SYogis

who knew him used to call him the 'buffoon who thinks he's a scholar'.

How true that is.

Keep up the great work here guys.
