Sorry, i made an error. It was actually Jagbir Singhmund Freud

who said that " in the land of the mentally blind the one-eyed

psychopath is king " .

 

In this case a slip of the mind is not a slip of the tongue. Those

loyal subjects of the one-eyed king insulted by this error please

accept my humble apologies.
