My dear friend....I have only one advice for you,right now.Wake up in

the morning(about 3 am)...and meditate for 30 minute,with only a lit

candle and the SM photo...Then go back and sleep... and when you wake

up,see how you feel(when you meditate). Do this for 3 days,then tell

me the results.
