Guest guest
Jay Shri Mataji! Dear Anil, In my honest opinion, you should try to keep your attention just above Sahasrara during reciting mantras and doing bandhan. Moreover, try to keep it there most of time. When this will become usual, try attention to follow your Kundalini rising from Muladhara to Sahasrara (pronouncing sounds " A " and " U " ) and jumping it out much higher (pronouncing sound " M " ) to gently touch Lotus Feet of Our Mother with sweat love, humility and worship.
