Despite all efforts it has still continues to fall and this does not augur well for Sahaja Yoga. How

can it continue to slide in rankings despite so much support from so many sources? How many non-SYs are actually visiting this official website? Is there anyone out there concerned about the ever-increasing irrelevance of the official subtle system and self-realization front when hundreds of websites throw the same pitch to seekers? It is indeed sad but true that "the sahajayoga website does not seem much diff. than yet another one." But who is really bothered about change? It has again occured to me that when someone really "gets the message" they will pull away from any "bureaucratic machinery" in place, telling them what they can and can not do, what is and what is not possible, and just politely push these people aside and basically "get on with it." On the mundane level I have just seen a man on t.v who is involved in building a big ski centre in Sheffield and is obviously full of entusiam and belief that this can, and will, be a success. The reporter asked "But what about those people who tell you this can't be done?" By the look on his face and the tone of his voice, this man did not appear to take much notice of these people!

 

On a far more important level, just look at these two quotes below and just think, what is "Sajah Yoga" (something present at birth) and does one really need to be in an organisation called "Sajah Yoga" to be in this state? (The state of bliss, of believing that everything is OK, of believing in "Miracles." What is the Vedanta, what is "Christianity" (was it a new "religion" full of rules and "machinery" which Jesus came to start up?) - or did He not just lay down one "commandment" which ofcourse noone can really "command" another to do - "Love One Another!"

 

One day, mother (Sri Saranda Devi) sent for Amzad and said, "You have been working whole day. Have your food here today." Nalini (mother's niece) was serving him, but owing to caste and religious prejudices she stood at a distance and tossed the food in Amzad's plate, like someone throwing food to a beggar. And on another Sabbath he (Jesus) entered the synagogue, and a man was there who had a withered hand. And the Scribes and Pharisees watched him to see whether he would heal him on the Sabbath, so that they might find an accusation against him. But he knew their thoughts and he said to the man who had the withered hand, "Come and stand here." And the man came and stood by Jesus. Then the Pharisees asked him, "Is it lawful to heal on the Sabbath?" And he said to them, "What man of you, if he has one sheep and it falls into a pit on the Sabbath, will not lay hold of it and lift it out? Of how much more value is a man than a sheep? And he said to them, "Is it lawful on the Sabbath to do good or to do harm, to save life or to destroy it?" But they were silent. And he looked around at them with anger, grieved at their hardness of heart and said to the man, "Stretch out your hand." He stretched it out, and his hand was restored whole like the other. The Pharisees went out, filled with fury and immediately held counsel with the Herodians against him, and discussed with one another how they might destroy him.

 

These people who come out with these things are like characters out of "The Life of Brian"! It is hard for me to believe they are "real" - perhaps they are not - just "robots" sent to "try" out "faith"!
