Guest guest
Jai Shri Mataji, Fear is a property of the left side. There could be a number of reasons for the same. However, people who go to the extremes of the left and right, or those who keep oscillating between the left and the right generally experience this more than those who remain in the center. Technically, if you look at the chart of the subtle system we refer to in Sahaj, you can see that the first step in Sahaj is to detach you from the past. The Kundalini rises from the Mooladhara into the Sushumna and the shaktis of the right side accompany the rising in Sahaj. The left side exists from the Agnya to the Mooladhara Chakra. Look at the chart, Sahaj detaches you from your past & makes your present and future beautiful. The past no longer exists. You can of course learn from it and improve. That is why staying in the center is important. And, simultaneously, uniform and proper flow of the shaktis of the right side is also very important.
