_____________this was a nice topic and lovely letters

from John

and Ishmael. The graphic is inspiring and reminds me

of a photo on

Jagbirs site where most of the yogis kundalinis are

showing lights

on the head but a few have columns going up out of the

picture.

I understood the Granthis to be placed between the

interlocking

petals of adjacent chakras. Brahma Granthi between

Svaddhisthan and

Manipur, Vishnu Granthi between Manipur and Anahat and

Rudra Granthi

between Anahat and Vishuddhi.

Thanks for mentioning the tension in the vishnu

granthi area. This

is also the area where a throbbing becomes evident

when one is near

death, as my Doctor and I discovered once. He didn't

know what it

was and remarked on it, but he did know how critical

my condition

was fortunately, although at the time I was quite

looking forward to

leaving this body, but got an extension.

When we are introducing new people to meditation it is

sometimes

useful to remind them to relax the abdomen and also

the forehead, of

course because these physical tensions are often

overlooked but when

eased make it easier for them to ............

Ive got a throbbin just at the vishnu granthi. Er...am

i going to die? I thought its just the kundalini

trying to pierce through
