Guest guest
Dear Fellow Yogis, If you are new to Sahaja Yoga, my most sincere advice to you is to please find a centre near you. There re hundreds of yogis there who ill guide you through and help you grow in Sahaja Yoga. Please have no apprehensions about going there or enquiring about anything, because all of us will be more than willing to help you. This may not make sense to you initially, but Sahaja Yoga is only effective if you are in a 'Collective' environment. Thats is, in the midst of fellow human beings who are on the same path. It is a path of love, compassion, kindness and the most wonderful experiences possible. Only if for some uncompromiseable reason you are unable to attend, then resort to asking people on the internet. For this yoga, has little theory and is mostly based on experience. In the event that you want to a number of opinions, you can feel free to search and join Nirmalites, divinesahajayoga, nirmalchildren and a number of other websites you will find innumerable people who will help you. As Jagbir, has rightly said, he does not have the time to answer all these queries. Best Regards, Madan Khurana India Matrimony: Find your life partner online.
