We will launch new forum on March 21 as a birthday gift to Shri Mataji

Dear All,

 

i have just received an email from a SY who wants to help us set up

the new bbforum and improve www.adishakti.org as well. i quote one

paragraph:

 

" In future, if you like, I would rebuild the site basing on the

web-standards which will (as example) reduce the front page from

almost 80kb to less than 30, make the content of the website

universally reachable and readable even on simplest devices (like

mobile phones), help indexing by web-crawlers, while in browser it

will look just as it does now. "

 

This SY wants to be in the team. Sure any great soul willing to help

Her cause is welcome. i am indeed thankful for that expertise.

 

While we wait for Ana to give some feedback we should think of a

title and list of categories. Please give your feedback so that we

can finalize it.

 

i have also read Anil's chat room experience and am very

positive about that approach. That he is working to spread the

Divine Message in indeed commendable. Anil, we will have a " Chat

Room " category in the new bbforum. We will need your help there.

 

i suggest we set up the forum on March 21st as a birthday gift to

Shri Mataji. i am sure the Adi Shakti within us will be very pleased

to see this new forum being set up by a collective team of great

souls dedicated to the Divine Message. If we collectively desire to

spread the Truth i am sure the Divine will help us. It is indeed a

great blessing to be the true messengers of God Almighty. So lets

work to start this forum that will encompass the 360 degree vision

of the great Adi Shakti Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi.

I'm very happy that the forum will be offered as a gift to Shri Mataji and that

the site will also

be improved!

 

I have attached a sketch of the possible structure of the forum, trying to cover

the main areas of

Sahaja Yoga. Definitions for each topic are given in brakes. I don't know how

complete this sketch

is, the collective imput and attention is most important

About having forum sections in different languages, it may require too much

space if they appear

on the index page. In 'The Ascent of the Whole' section I have included the

topic 'Countries and

Sahaja Yoga'. There can be given links to different countries' forums (if they

exist)or maybe

sub-forums can be added to Adi Shakti main forum (I don'n know if this is

possible).

 

Regarding the moderators, I have been geven moderator rights on the Romanian

forum and it is a

very simple role. (As my knowledge of computers is quite limited, me handling

this is a prove that

anyone can do it . So moderators can be any Yogis/Yoginis who are

communicative and want to help

the now-commers.)

 

If another yogi is willing to improve the site and to set-up the forum, then

most of the work is

ensured, so things are just going!

 

I hope this sketch can be a starting point to find a structure for the forum.

Dear Ana,

 

How about just having languages other than English under " Other

languages " category, sub-divided into Romanian, Hindi, Spanish,

Chinese etc? The idea is to get as many SYs from different countries

and languages under one roof.
