THis is a much needed post, and i am glad that you posted it.

Everything stated in ths posst was what i needed to hear and more

importantly it came from someone i don't even know as opposed to my

own brain. Almost all of the things having to do with the people in

your life, friends and their opinions getting in the way of you

doing a lifestyle change for your own betterment are things i have

thought about and have been struggling with for over a year now, and

has a huge part in why i haven't started SY yet. Terrible i know but

true. ANyways, i just wanted to say thank you for this, as i really

needed it. IT seemes almost like it was meant for me to read or

something.
