That is because the new forum is not affliated with but a phbBB based format. phpBB is a high powered, fully scalable, and highly customizable Open Source bulletin board package. phpBB has a user-friendly interface, simple and straightforward administration panel, and helpful FAQ. So you need to register _again_ to view artticles. i believe you will be able your exisiting ID and password but will have to register again.
