Guest guest
Dear fellow Yogis I would be grateful for opinions on the following. Recenently I have been getting bothered by what is commonly know as floaters. These are tiny secles which float around in the eye. they are sometimes visible when you look against a white background and look from side to side. Everyone has these and I have recently spoekn to a doctor who assured me they were not a cause for concern. However as I say they have been bothering me. Am I correct is assuming that htis is a catch with Agnya? If so are there any treatments that you can recommend for this centre? I have alreadt yried massaging the area whlst meditating and working on the centre with a candel as well as looking at the candle whilst meditating. Any help would be much appreciated.
