Dear Omar,

One thing that all Sahaja Yogis will attest to is the fact that Shri

Mataji is always extremely honest in her critique and praise. She

praises all cultures and religions of the world and at the same time

tells about those things that should be changed.

What she has always taught is that all religions of the world

ultimatley lead us to one truth - that we are the spirit. Sahaja

Yogis are as true practioners of The Ten Commandements given to us by

Moses as they are truly followers of Jesus Christ or Prophet Mohammed

or Lord Krishna. So the question of being against any religion does

not arise.

However, just dont take my word for it. The best approach to find out

the truth is to try Sahaja Yoga and you will know the truth yourself.

Perhaps Alex can help you out.

Regards,

Anuj
