You have had a very interesting experience. Like you, I first had

some special experiences, which then led me to try to discover the

beliefs and true message of Sahaja Yoga, beneath all the

controversy. I believe that the Kundalini is the Divine Energy, felt

as a cool breeze, and that this is the Holy Spirit, Adi Shakti, or

whatever name you would like to use, from all the religions. The

experience of the Kundalini within is the living message of all the

Incarnations, and is independant of the restrictions imposed by all

religious organisations.

 

You may like to read the following with regards to what Jesus said

about the Kingdom of Heaven within, and you may realise that this is

what Shri Mataji is also saying about the Kingdom within.

I believe that Shri Mataji awakens the Kundalini among the masses,

and that we are in the time now of a great spiritual awakening; the

Last Judgement, the Resurrection, the Second Coming as predicted by

all the Scriptures.
