Awakening....

This is the time of the great Awakening. We all need to realize at this time

that we are not this outer garb, called the Body. We are not this mind, through

which thoughts flow in and out. We are not these emotions, whose strings are

played upon. However, we are the Spirit and we are in this Earthly School right

here and now to realize this.

 

Semira has already sent this poem, but i am sending it again, to indicate to us

how close our Mother Within really is to us. This poem clearly shows our

Mother's birth pangs as She wishes to give birth to our Spirit. It is a

spiritually intimate poem.

 

In fact this poem is a direct Message from the Shakti Within, who yearns for Her

Children to meet Her where She is.... " hidden in the calyx of our Self " . She

invites us to rest in the petals of the

lotus flower (Sahasrara - 1000-petalled lotus), in the lap of our

gracious Mother. If we meet Her there, She promises to fill our moments with

joyful fragrance and She further states that we will find our every fibre

vibrating with blissful joy.

 

Who but our Spiritual Mother can ever say such indescribable words of beauty to

us! There is no technique for this, but it is only our response to Her Love for

us that is desired.

To My Flower Children

 

You are angry with life

Like small children

Whose Mother is lost in Darkness.

You sulk expressing despair,

At the fruitless end of your journey

You wear Ugliness to discover Beauty,

You name everything false in the name of Truth,

You drain out emotions to fill the cup of Love

My sweet children, my darlings,

How can you get peace by waging war

With yourself, with your being, with joy itself?

Enough are your efforts of renunciation -

The artificial mask of consolation.

Now rest in the petals of the lotus flower

In the lap of your gracious Mother.

I will adorn your life with beautiful blossoms

And fill your moments with joyful fragrance.

I will annoint your head with Divine Love

For I cannot bear your torture anymore.

Let me engulf you in the ocean of joy,

So you lose your being in the Greater one

Who is smiling in your calyx of self,

Secretly hidden to tease you all the while.

Be aware and you will find Him

Vibrating your every fibre with blissful joy

Covering the whole Universe with light!
