We are having record temperatures in Canada and this 'endless summer' is most welcome. We bought some onion rings from IGA, a coffee and apple pie from MacDonalds and sat by the lakefront. After that we took a long walk and ended up buying 4 cartons of spicy mushroom Korean noodles for my children. When i returned my children had a delicious choclate cheesecake to wish me a birthday too. i enjoyed it more than going to a fancy gourmet restaurant and ordering exotic food. Simple and quiet is the way i want to live the the autumn of life now.
