It is relevant to the symbolism of your many mystical dreams. i hope one day Woodstock generation SYs of the last century will understand, and learn from, the seekers of the new millennium. These aging SYs are largely responsible for corrupting Her teachings, being deceptive to humanity and obsessively following various religious conditionings that have little to do with the Divine Message. The true essence of Sahaja Yoga has long been neglected and covered with their 'dirt' of rituals, conditioning and fears. But we have only just begun to destroy the negativity within the organization. i am absolutely convinced that things will change for the better. All we need is to persevere as we gather strength. warmest regards, jagbir Dear Michalis(and others), My personal opinion is as follows, based on my own personal experiences. I believe that although the Sahaja Yoga organisation is corrupt, deceptive and obsessively following various religious conditionings, underneath all this, there is the divine message of the Holy Spirit; the effortless spontaneous union with the Divine. Shri Mataji does have the gift of mass awakening of the Kundalini. This awakening of the Kundalini on a mass scale is what has been referred to in all the religions as the Second Coming, or the Last Judgement. I have no doubt that self-realisation can be given to others by Sahaja Yogis, and that all one needs is to desire this from within oneself. The Holy Spirit is the Creative Energy of the Universe, and is within each of us. Certainly I am a Sahaja Yogi; it is not about belonging to an organisation, it is about the individual's own introspection. The experience with the Divine cannot be confined, restricted or controlled. Most importantly, I have not been brainwashed, or led into believing anything; it is simply that information I later found confirmed some things for me. Before I knew anything about Sahaja Yoga or any form of yoga, and before I knew of the Kundalini or any concepts of eastern religions, I saw a Sahaja Yogi surrounded in a powerful energy field; I had strange dreams, and also had visions of fire surrounding people who I found out much later on to be Sahaja Yogis. This was all before I had started any meditating at all, and I was a Christian at the time. Since I received my self-realisation some time ago and began meditating, I have had many special experiences of all kinds; visions, dreams that are like mystic experiences, and also many experiences while meditating. These all happen beyond thought. Also, I felt much presence of energy in various chakras; sometimes extreme tingling, burning; until eventually cool, and sometimes sudden jolts. Something also that I have found; no one can convince anyone else of personal experiences; or even try to tell someone whether someone is a guru or not; these things are confirmed by the recognition that happens within an individual. It is useless to pray to and worship and rely on external things; the principles and qualities of the deities should become established within oneself. I hope that this has clarified where I stand, Best wishes, Semira
