I had a question. I realize that it is not proper to marry another

Sy on your own accord, as it can spoil not only you and the other

person, but others around you, and ultimately your ascent. But i had

a question which is a question from a personal, potential issue( i

know, lost in the future...) just so i know.

 

I just began SY yoga 3 and some weeks ago( though been around these

sites for far longer) Anyhow, before i joine SY( june-sept)i spent a

considerably amount of time with a girl whom i grew to really like

and often miss since she returned to japan. In the month of Sept and

even at times now i find myself missing her and kinda thinking of

possiblities,

 

My question is; is it ok if we formed a bond before of such a sort

where we wanted to spend more time together and get to know each

other alot better when she returned in a year to Vancouver, though

by that time we will both be Sahaja Yogis? I mean i already started

and she is definatly interested anad said she would begin Sy once

she gets back to Kobe in November. If that is the case, even though

we like each other, developed a bond before Sy and wanted to " see

where things would go " , is that still possible seeing as how when

she retuns again and we can really spend time face to face together,

we will both then be Sy's for sometime? Is that the same as a SY

looking for another Sy for possible marriage?

 

Just curious because i do like her and would like to see what would

happen, but i will not do anything of that sort consciously that

would put my ascent or hers in jeparody, nor anything that Shri

Mataji Expressly has forbidden.

Dear Kyyan,

 

i do not see a problem. You did not search for her in the collective

as far as i can tell and therefore did not go against Shri Mataji's

protocols.

 

However, you made your connection with this lady outside of Sahaja

Yoga and before she became a Sahaja Yogi. It is the searching for

someone in your collective that Shri Mataji does not wish to happen

as the collective is for spiritual ascent.
