Hi Friends,

I am Prashant Harde. Just joined Sahaja Yoga group some days back. I

have got some really wonderful experiences after doing Sahaja Yoga.

Anil Uncle whom you know better as " hello_betu " introduced me to this.

Since one year he told me about Sahaja Yoga but due to sheer ignorance

I never paid attention. But better late than never. I need your help.

I am in Hyderabad if anybody has the procedure defined in Hindi or

english please send me. I am a newcomer so please guide me and help me.
