Guest guest
Fellow yogis/yoginis I understand that each centre has it's own qualities and that catches with a centre manifest in a certain way. For example feelings of insecurity are a problem with the heart chakra. Is there a chakra that corresponds to awareness? If we are overly aware of something is there a treatment that can help? For example, there may be something that is bothering us, maybe the sound of traffic from a road near your home. For a long time you are not aware of the sound but for some reason you than become very aware of it. You were not aware of it before but now you are. This is a problem of too much awareness of something. Which chakra would cause this problem? All help would be appreciated. Max
Guest guest
Dear Max, The Sahasrara Chakra corresponds to Collective Awareness, but this has nothing to do with the irritating sound of loud traffic noises. From my experience, i have found that anytime, i get too sensitive to external sound, i need to get closer to nature. When is the last time you sat on the Earth and tuned in to the vibrations of Shri Bhoomi Devi, who will re-balance you again? The reason i say this, is that any kind of sensitivity to anything, such as noise, usually happens when a person is generally more stressed. The best remedy is to sit on the Mother Earth and let Her calm and re-energize you again, or alternatively, lie down on the Mother Earth for the same reason. i hope this helps.
