Guest guest
Dear Danny, I do not feel that a person needs to be vicious or cruel when making a point. A person can learn to be tactful when making a point, which is more acceptable all around. What i have learned is that communication involves three components. They are the person giving the message (communicator), the person receiving the message (receiver) and the purpose of the communication (the message). i have learned that if a person uses communication techniques of 'viciousness' or 'cruelty', the message has very little chance of getting through, because the receiver is not likely to accept the message in that form. Kindness to others is a great quality. Sometimes a person's actions, relatively speaking may seem cruel. Take the example of a parent who has to discipline a child. The child may think that the parent is cruel when the child's privileges are withdrawn for poor behaviour. It is well known that a parent, however, must never be cruel or vicious toward that child in word or action, only to be firm or resolute in the disciplining of the child. Shri Mataji also has asked us to be kind to each other and not to hurt each other. Everyone has been given a free will by God and no one is to impinge on that, because God wants us to Love Him for ourselves, not because someone is forcing us to Love God. We only need to tell of Shri Mataji's Message of Self-Realization/Resurrection to others and not to worry about the results but leave them to the Divine. We just need to use our powers for Love. Love from Violet " As for myself. Yes...the reason I have done that (like being vicious/cruel/etc)...it was by intention only .To make a point.... To prove that I can become anything they want me to become...For the attention must be on the spirit of OTHERS, if sahaja yoga will grow...NOT on their EGO.... in other words. The spirit is only one...in each of us. And…. we are that. ONE...as POWER I mean.... not the souls. The souls are individuals. Yet…the power is within...The spirit...which is ONLY ONE) " Daniel
