Guest guest
Dear Semira, Look what i have found in the Intro to the Aquarian Gospel. Could the Introductory Passage below possibly be a truthful and simple explanation to a difficult-to-understand subject? When i was in the Christian Church they used to teach that Jesus was Man and also the Son of God at the same time. i always had great difficulty in understanding how Jesus could be a Man and a Son of God at the same time, when i was little. Violet " The Review Part IV Our Lord, the Messiah, was a very advanced human soul, who had already spent many incarnations teaching lost souls, and he had acquired the strength to display our oneness with God. Thus, he received the Divine Inheritance, which our Father patiently waits to give to each and every one of us; because we are His descendants – we are His offspring – we are His Children! Our Lord, Jesus, made it emphatically clear that he is not God, but simply, a man (a child of God) who had matured, and had therefore received his inheritance; and he became just like our Father. Through faith, prayer and diligence, he conquered his carnal nature (not just once, but many times – during many incarnations); and he thereby became a full-fledged Son of God, and he invites all who hear him to do the same (to follow his brilliant, shining example). We are not expected to become totally like Messiah during one incarnation, but whenever the life of Christ is revealed to any human being, he (or she) is required to honestly and sincerely emulate the Lord. And within Eternity, there is no limit to the number of incarnations God can give us, enabling us to emulate His Son – in pursuit of our destiny. Jesus spoke and acted (in every situation) as our Father Himself would speak and act. He became indistinguishable from God. Indeed, through Jesus, God revealed Himself. And this is Christ, the Messiah – an Avatar: a Son of God. And this is the ultimate destiny of every human being! What other destiny could exist for God's Children?
