Guest guest Posted January 4, 2006 Report Share Posted January 4, 2006 Fellow yogis My recent problems of tighness in chest and feelings of being left sided have improved but are still lingering. Over the past few days I have made progress in figuring out what is going on. I have been feeling very left sided but I am in fact a right sided person (I am confident, outspoken, active, etc). I think that my right sided problems sometimes throw me into the left. I have also been told by fellow yogis that I have a problem with my right Agnya as they feel a lot of heat from this chakra. Again I believe this problem of the right side causes me to be thrown into the left sometimes. I just wondered if any of you had any advice on where to go from here with my meditation in order to correct this. Are there any specific treatements any of you could recommend?
