Guest guest
Apparantly a 'catch' to your chakras no matter how minor is possession (well, according to some yogis anyway). The idea is that we have to find our spirit (which isn't possessed - at its pure state) through layers and layers of possession i.e life. So basicly we all possessed as human beings all the time (except when we experience pure thoughless awareness!). The idea is a realized soul KNOWS this and works around it but we carry on getting possessed all the time! Personally for me this makes sense although sometimes I find it disturbing. Demonic possession (like in the Exorcist film) is when possession is so bad it's blatant for all to see!! The majority of us don't know when we are possessed because being possessed doesn't necessarily mean wanting to harm people like in the typical films and losing total control of yourself. Apparently the above is the ultimate truth? (Bet this gets a response from Simon!) Adam

This is not true.As you look around, there are billions of people with no problems.None of them are realized, yet they do not worry about chakras. Why sahaja yogis should be less then everybody else? And worry about every catch, and label it a catch? I do not understand this. This is no possession but the drive to know of the SOUL. The spirit within is part of GOD,yet you are a soul. And unless you become one with the spirit within, you do not exist.Well..you exist for a small period of time, anyway. > Personally for me this makes sense although sometimes I find it > disturbing. The idea of being possessed all the time just because you are human being very much sounds like the catolic idea of being guilty just because human are sinners by definition. Indeed the collective ideas of different cultures come into minds of realized souls, and only terms change. You cannot become free with such a logic, believing that you are possessed all the time. After all who is this " you " who is possessed all the time. If you know that you are the spirit then you cannot be possessed. yura
