Guest guest
Greetings. I am in the process of going into the USAF Reserves as a psychiatric nurse. Many soldiers are returning and are committing suicide and some have even killed their entire families. I would like to bring SY into the military program here where I live, but without legitimate " credentialed certification " in SY I will not be able to teach it. I have been currently made aware of a yoga school that has been approved by the Nursing Association, but the the type of yoga/meditation is not teach SY. It is called the Himalayan International Institute of Yoga Science & Philosophy of Honesdale, PA. Does anyone have any viable suggestions? (Yes, I do understand that Shri Mataji says we certify ourselves but self-certification is not a recognized method in the military.) Thanks, Marcia
Guest guest
Hi Marcia, Welcome to the forum. Before i answer your enquiry i just want you to be aware of Simon, an ex-SY who may contact you since your email is now available online. This character claimed to be the incarnation of Jesus' uncle Saint Joseph before Shri Mataji told him to leave. Ever since his expulsion Simon spends all his spare time spreading his lies and hatred against Shri Mataji. i have made a dossier on him that you should read in case he tries to contact you under a number of IDs: http://www.adishakti.org/simon_d_montford.htm i am sorry to hear the war is causing such mental problems and am glad you want to help through Sahaja Yoga. However, i do not know if the military program will take any type of yoga. i also doubt if there is any Sahaja Yoga credential certificate, But if you want to learn more about this possibility you should contact: http://www.sahajayoga.org/contactus/ Marcia, Sahaja Yoga is unlike any other yoga and the healing powers of the Kundalini are very impressive, an inner force that will help heal mind, body and soul. If you want to know more i have just posted my answers to Dr. Mary at: http://www.adishakti.org/forum/viewtopic.php?t=660 Thus, after reading it, you will begin to understand better why it will be difficult to issue any credential certificate. Those who wish to be healed will have to desire and heal themselves from within. The truth is that healing is part of the process to participate in the Divine Message to humanity. Participation results in a positive transformation in mind, body and soul over the weeks, months and years. regards, jagbir , " Marcia Marill " <macmarill wrote: > > Greetings. Guest guest
Hello Marcia, It is appreciable that you wish to use Sahaj's potential to help US soldiers. I can understand the frustration of soldiers and the reasons why they are killing themselves. And, Sahaj will definitely help. As you have yourself mentioned, Self-certification is not a recognized method in the military. Hence, the only way is to learn sahajayoga yourself and ask the nearest collectivity to hold public programs for US military personnel introducing them and explaining the benefits of Sahaj. Those who begin with meditation, will feel the relief and comfort flowing through their veins and their problems will automatically drop away. It will be imperative to take help from the nearest collective, coz Sahajayoga can be confusing sometimes, and half knowledge is a dangerous thing. If you need any assistance please email me here. I will be glad to help you in any way I can. best, Rajan --- Marcia Marill <macmarill wrote: > Greetings. I am in the process of going into the > USAF Reserves as a > psychiatric nurse. Guest guest
Shalom Jagbir, Thank you for your kindness. I will be mindful of Simon. Since Carly Jung is well respected in the field of psychology, I am sure I can through the teaching of "self-actualization/realization" begin to teach it when it is time. Thanks again, Marciajagbir singh <adishakti_org wrote: Hi Marcia,Welcome to the forum. Guest guest
Dear All, i have had some wonderful news from Marcia! In short, she will be able to teach Sahaja Yoga Meditation to the USAF without the usual certification! Read on, and you will see how the Divine works things out when you have the Pure Desire to do Her Work. Violet marcia Violet Tubb Thursday, March 02, 2006 9:00 AM Great News " Shalom Violet, I just wanted to fill you in on some exciting news. I went in for my physical exam today and also met with other staff members of the medical unit of the USAF Reserves and I was asked if I'd be able to teach the staff and lead them in meditation the days I am on. The gal who was escorting me said out of the blue that she knows meditation is helpful and the medical team is so stressed and are in need of someone to teach and lead them in meditation. The team is looking forward to my coming aboard. How they are going about getting me on board is out of the normal routine--it's truly the work of the Spirit. And everyone I meet tells me to hurry up and get in. I told them that it will still be a few months because Congress has to approve of my appointment, this is because of my advance degrees and certifications causing my entry position in the military as a high ranking officer. It looks like " certification " in not going to be needed!!! " Thanks for being there, Marcia In , marcia marill <macmarill wrote: > > Shalom Jagbir, > Thank you for your kindness.
