She said it many a times that give realisation to people and the mental understanding is not so important. that the free will issue is a side issue, the more they get it the better., and please rectify your use of language. because She never claims to be what She is, She declares or states, or announces the fact. I will tell you why. It is because `pushing up' has nothing to do with spirituality, but it has more to do with a form of exercises, called `push-ups'. Besides, Sahaja Yoga has nothing to do with `pushing' but everything to do with `surrender', which is the opposite. I also have a bit of difficulty with your saying that `free will' is not important. God has given everyone free will. How can you say it is not important? This is what Shri Mataji says: " I cannot force it because you are a free person, you have to be free to choose it, you have to ask for it, I cannot force on you. This is the big problem. Your freedom is to be respected because you have to get your ultimate freedom. For that I must respect your freedom. It cannot be forced, you cannot be enticed. You have to come with complete free will and your own desire. " (Public Program, Brighton, England, 11th July, 1981) I also have a bit of difficulty with your saying that " understanding " is not important. Spiritual understanding is very important. " Mental " understanding is not the same as " spiritual understanding " . You must know that. " Ignorance " of spiritual Truth, is in fact, the greatest negativity of all. That is why King Solomon asked for Wisdom above everything.
