Please tell me what happened?

Jai Shri Mataji

I always used to feel that i was being attracted downwards while

meditated. then yesterday evening when i was meditating, my body began

to sway to and fro towards the Mother's foto. then the sway was

uncontrollable and then suddenly i forced it to stop then a shiver

went up in the spline, then i felt a real cool breeze up my head, i

duuno why but i felt very guilty for everything, and couldn't

meditate, i felt as if i was being punished for something bad that i

had done, maybe,

Then again in the morning also, there i swayed, but not much.

Now i just feel a bit .

What happened with me?

Please I would be glad to know the answer.

Hi Sharma,

 

You just had a rather strong kundalini experience. There is nothing

to feel guilty or worry about. i had one too many years ago to make

my back erect, not slumped. Take it easy.
