can we see kundalini?

i have read somewhere that we can see kundalini on the skies when we

see , can we really see it?

my brother is also a sahajayogi and says he's confused. he says he

says numerous white dots in the sky like chromosomes moving very fast.

and one time recently he says he saw some black dots near a BABA who

was taking money and treating paralysis.

So was it the kundalini he sees? or his illusion or something else?
