Dear All,

" Sahaja Yoga " means " Spontaneous Union with the Divine " . If you come from the

traditional Christian background, it is known as the " Baptism of the Holy

Spirit " .

In the Words of Shri Mataji below (who is the Christian Comforter that Jesus

promised would come).....She states that it is very important for Sahaja Yogis

(who are " born of the Spirit persons " ) to realize what we are.

She informs that WHAT we are.....is the son (or daughter) of the Holy Spirit.

She further informs that once we tell ourselves that this is so, then we will

start to change. (After all, it is a very anointed position to be the son or

daugher of the Holy Spirit)! This is a great position to be. It is what Shri

Mataji calls an " anointed position " . So, when we take this position seriously,

then we will understand what our responsibility is.

Words of the Christian Comforter.....

" We should realize what we are. This is very important for Sahaja Yoga. Christ

has said, " I am the Son of God " , alright. He said it openly, so people crucified

Him for that. But He said it openly: -

" I am the Son of God, do what you like " , which was a fact, which was the Truth

that He was supposed to say. So now Sahaja Yogis have to say: -

" I am the son (or daughter) of Adi Shakti ( " Holy Spirit " for Christians). Once

you say to yourself that, suddenly you will start changing because it's a very

big position, it's a very anointed position. Once you start saying that, then

you will start understanding what is your responsibility. "
