Guest guest
Dear All, i am retrieving old posts from the old forum slowly and surely. As i do, i am reposting them here, and Jagbir has told me that he will take them from here, and use the material elsewhere. However, as new people to this forum will not have had a chance to read from the Shri Adi Shakti Forum, everything that i find that i think will be of interest, i will repost here. So, please enjoy. violet Jagbir's Post: - Dear All, i received a letter from a SY regarding what Violet had written to him, with permission to be posted. Those with such experiences should post with discretion because sometimes their messages can be miscontrued. The best way would be to add Shri Mataji's comments or advise so that it is not misinterpreted. But we should not look at them negatively because others are also experiencing the same and can relate to those now practising Sahaja Yoga. We cannot have rigid rules here that cannot tolerate anything non-Sahaj, as is the case in some forums. We should always remember our own ignorance before learning about Divine Message from Shri Mataji. It will make others more comfortable and relaxed. jagbir ---------------------------- You write: - " There Mohammed saw a beautiful radiant tree with wondrous multicolored leaves. " And you also write: - " The Sahasrara's appearance however is said to contain all the colours of the rainbow for it contains within it all the aspects (and hence the colours) of the six other chakras below it. " Danny, before I came to SY, I was a spiritual seeker and I was interested in healing and auras. I don't do that now because in SY, we don't look for auras because that is not what it is about. Sri Mataji has said, that if you see your aura, you are not in it. So I am not writing this to encourage anyone to do so. It is a sidetrack to knowing your Spirit, which is found within; not without. Anyway, I was working as a Typist/Clerk for the Council of the Sydney on the 10th Floor, which was then known as the Building and Development Department. The 10th Floor is very high and you could see all over the City of Sydney. This one day I was standing in front of one of the employee's desks and he was sitting beside a window with very clear light coming in; it was a bright sunny day. This particular employee was also a Union Rep for the staff and he was well respected for his wisdom, fairness, and often consulted regarding any matter in that department. As I was conversing with him about some work-related matter suddenly opening before my eyes were moving " petals " of rainbow colours all around his head and body in the area that covers the area of yourself when you do a " bandhan " . Well, I was amazed and obviously while still feigning interest in what we were speaking about and even deliberately extending the conversation just so I could keep staring in amazement at this whole living, moving panorama of rainbow colored petals. They were in continuous motion and a very living thing and one of the most beautiful things I have every witnessed in my life. It also had the feeling of a living breathing energy or internal fire at the same time and you could compare it to the movement of leaves on a tree when the wind is blowing as to how dynamic it is. Not knowing about the Sahasrara Chakra, I just thought that this man must be more than he appeared to be. I thought he was special because of what I saw around him. He did radiate wisdom and love and great discretion. Anyway, Danny, I thought I would tell you about it. Just to confirm that I believe you are right, that the Sahasrara has all the colours of the rainbow in it. Let me tell you another story. This is since I have come to Sahaja Yoga. Some SY's including myself once gave realization on the Central Coast of N.S.W. in the 1990's at a Mind, Body and Spirit Festival. One of the stallholders was a man who photographed auras with his machine. We had some people coming to us for self-realization after they had had their auras photographed at the stall next door. They showed us their photographs. In all cases, the photographs were varying colors of yellow, red and blue, etc. So we got this idea to ask them to get their photograph taken again after their S.R. to see what change would occur; we were curious of course too. Well, three of the people who all had had coloured aura photographs got their photographs taken again and in each case they all turned out white! Like the white halos that you see depicted on paintings of saints! (It's the Pure Light) In the Bible it says " Ye are the light of the world " , referring to realized saints. It was proof to them and an exciting confirmation for us (the SY's) that a real change had taken place. And white includes all the aspects or colors of the rainbow as you say; all the qualities of all the other chakras.
