Guest guest
Dear All, William Blake writes about the spiritual tasks that are set before him and how they are not necesarily easy, but that there are temptations on either side. However, he also states that the only true option is to keep walking, though one may at times seem to be slipping in the miry clay. He also states that Natural Fears and Desires must be faced, so that we can do the spiritual work which our 'angels' give to us to do. That reminds me that Shri Mataji told SY's that once human beings have their self-realization leading to their spiritual transformation, that they " become angels " . Spiritual transformation also includes becoming our " Spirit " (our Higher Self). It must be our " Higher Self " which is the " angel " part, and obviously not the " Lower Self " which is not 'angel-like' at all. violet " I am under the direction of Messengers from Heaven, Daily and Nightly, but the nature of such things is not, as some suppose, without trouble or care. Temptations are on the right hand and left, behind, the sea of time and space roars and follows swiftly, he who keeps not right onwards is lost, and if our footsteps slide in clay, how can we do otherwise than fear and tremble! But if we fear to do the dictates of our Angels, and tremble at the tasks set before us, if we refuse to do Spiritual Acts because of Natural Fears and Desires! Who can describe the dismal torment of such a state! " WILLIAM BLAKE (Australian Sahaja Newsletter - 28 February, 1998)
