Here is a paraphrase of an Adi Shakti Puja Synopsis given by a yogi in 2001, of

which you will find the original Adi Shakti Puja Synopsis attached below.

 

This paraphrase is for the benefit of those who come from non-Hindu spiritual

traditions. i have included (in brackets) pertinent information that will help

to understand the spiritual knowledge that Shri Mataji has given.

 

For example, when " Adi Shakti " is mentioned, i put in brackets the (Holy Spirit)

so that Christians can understand from their spiritual tradition what " Adi

Shakti " means. i ask that those of other spiritual traditions, do likewise for

themselves, so wherever i have (Holy Spirit), the Muslims can read it as the

" Ruh of Allah " , for the Jews, it would be " Shekinah " or " Ruach " . For the

Buddhists, " Mai Treya " , for the Sikhs, " Eykaa Mayee " and for the Taoists " Great

Mother " .

 

i hope this helps for a greater spiritual understanding all around.

Paraphrase of Synopsis - Adi Shakti Puja (Holy Spirit Puja) - 2001

 

" Adi Shakti (Power of the Holy Spirit) is the most important puja (spiritual

celebration) as She (the Holy Spirit) has given you your Realisation ( " Second

Birth of the Spirit " ). The Kundalini (coiled energy within a person's sacrum

bone) is a reflection of the Adi Shakti (Holy Spirit) within man.

 

Some people think the Kundalini (coiled energy in the sacrum bone) is the Adi

Shakti (is the Holy Spirit)... however... this is wrong.

She... (the Holy Spirit)... is very powerful... so therefore, the kundalini

(coiled energy in the sacrum bone) is a reflection only.

 

Man bit into the 'apple of knowledge'. This was very important as he had to be

above the animal state. When he 'bit the apple', he immediately realised that he

did not have clothes on and covered his body. This was the recognition of

chastity.

 

There are many galaxies, but the Planet Earth was placed carefully in the solar

system so that it would sustain life with its own moon and sun positions just

right between them. The Earth is made of nations with their diversity of people.

This creation is so beautiful, but what are these nations doing today? Just

fighting for pieces of land. Why does man do this? Doesn't he recognise he is

born with his hands clenched and when he dies the hands are open. So why do they

fight for pieces of land?

 

Adi Shakti (Holy Spirit) has given us Realisation (Second Birth of the Spirit)

and we should understand this. Understand that these are " Exceptional Times " in

which you live. Never before have the sages and saints been given the powers you

have got and " this Time will never be repeated " . It is through the Adi Shakti's

(Holy Spirit's) love and compassion that this has come about.

 

Understand you have the powers to solve the problems. Sometimes people have

problems, for example cancer, and they come to Shri Mataji and expect to be

cured. Why not use your own powers... go to Washi hospital (a SY Hospital in

India) and get cared for by the doctors. Realise you have the powers. (The SY

doctors can show a person how they can use their own powers to heal themselves).

 

Some people still have these money attachments after Realisation (Second Birth)

and some are still doing criminal activity. Why should we follow these wrong

things after Realisation (Second Birth of the Spirit). We must live for Sahaja

Yoga (Spontaneous Union with the Divine)... go all out because the only thing is

the Spirit.

 

Shiva (the Godhead) is watching the Sahaja Yogis (Born of the Spirit persons)

and if the Sahaja Yogis are not going all out, He gets upset. That is why these

natural disasters occur. The Adi Shakti (Holy Spirit) cannot stop Him when he

gets something in his head. Understand Shiva (the Godhead) is watching you.

 

Sahaja Yoga (Spontaneous Union with the Divine) is not about being first, but is

about love and compassion. It is no good you being an excellent Sahaja Yogi

(born of the Spirit person); you must help others; you must bring everyone up

and that is only possible through love and compassion. You must understand your

Mother has worked very hard for you but people do not appreciate this fact. It

is like I have made the road on which you walk but you often do not recognise

this and that you, the Sahaja Yogis, must build it wider. (We must expand and

build upon the path that Shri Mataji has created).

 

" At one time I thought I would need to take a rebirth because it was so

dangerous. I have had to work hard all my life. Jesus spoke about the seed being

dropped on the marsh - does not grow as it is drowned in the water. Once we have

the pure desire to pass on Sahaja Yoga (knowledge of the Spontaneous Union with

the Divine)...once we have the light (the Enlight-en-ment on our nervous

systems), we must share it. Always know that if you are doing Sahaja work, you

will be protected. "

 

 

ADI SHAKTI PUJA SYNOPSIS (from a yogi)...
