Guest guest
Jai Shri Mataji Everyone,I am in a company where already TM is going on for 3+ years, for the employees....When I went to the authorities, regarding the permission for organizing the Realization Program, I was asked that - What is the difference between TM and Sahaj Yoga..?How is Sahaj Yoga different/better than TM...?So... like we had a discussion about Reiki and got to know about it, I would like to reach out to a Sahaj Yogi who used to do TM before coming to Sahaj and get more information about comparison between the two, advantages of Sahaj Yoga over TM... so that I could talk to my office authorities and convince them that Sahaj Yoga is anyway better than TM. Waiting for a reply. With thanksSaarthak

(http://www.sahajayoga.org/) The 'world out there' know what TM is, but they still don't know how different SY is. Sahaja Yoga has got everything in one package. It is so big and great that it took Shri Mataji 30 years or so to explain it to Her satisfaction... hoping that we will 'pick it up and run with that'. Therefore... 'as stated'... SYs know that TM is a type of meditation, whereas Sahaja Yoga is everything included in one package. It is not only meditation. Sahaja Yoga is based upon Divine Truth for a start. It fulfills the Hindu, Buddhist, Christian, Taoist, Sikh, Jewish, and Muslim Scriptures. The difference between SY and TM is that with Sahaja Yoga... your kundalini rises the same day mostly... and a person literally feels the Cool Breeze. You cannot feel the Cool Breeze of the Spirit via TM meditation. You could mention that. If they don't understand what you are talking about, clarify it. Tell them SY is very different from TM in that it leads to spiritual liberation in this lifetime... if seriously pursued. i have not done TM, however, these are tips that i can share. It is time to 'think outside of the square'... Saarthaak. Perhaps, SYs need to shock people into explaining how different Sahaja Yoga is... compared to any other meditation... in that " it is much more than mere meditation " ... and also the fact that it is most effective also. Maybe then people won't have to ask: " What is the difference between TM and Sahaj Yoga..? How is Sahaj Yoga different/better than TM...?. " You could also give them the URL for http://www.adishakti.org/ It is time to start being bold and courageous, Saarthaak. What have we to lose? Nothing! However, others will have a lot to gain if they take you seriously. i hope this helps, violet

Guest guest
To add to this, the mantras that you chant, not only from TM but many other false gurus according to Shri Mataji, are nothing more then the names of devils and by constantly reciting them, you basically are inviting them into your life, mind, thoughts etc, ie inviting them to possess you, even when you not asking directly. As we use real divine mantras in SY, when we call on a diety, they awaken and begin to help us. IF we use those mantras of devils, chanting them etc, you awaken them to your presence and they step right in; hence the many supra conciousa nd collective sub concious experiences many have thinking it a kundalini awakening, some to the point of going mad or thinking they are going to die. Its very dangerous, even if in the beginning you see some improvement. IT is always the long term that gets you. I speak this from experience dealing with other false gurus which i am suffering for physically now. The good news is, over time with meditation on Shir Mataji Nirmala devi within(the holy spirit) you will be free of all such things. Take care Kyyan More information can be found here and the thing about matnras i am quotes Shri Mataji of saying is also on the www.sahajavidya.org website: http://www.sahajvidya.org/SahajVidya/7_Sub_Chakras_Nadis/1_Ida_Nadi_La lita/01_Ida_Nadi_Group_MainFrame.htm , " lucyyogiy " <lucyyogiy wrote: > > , " v_koa " <v_koa@> wrote: > > > > Saarthak > > > > > > Here are some links i found with regards to TM.
