Guest guest
Dear Friends, This is a dream I had some time ago...and I'd like to post it here now. I am with many other people, in a high round building, a bit like a tower, which has many levels, and is built of stone bricks of a reddish colour. I look out of the windows, and I see all around that there are several other separate similar buildings, all busy with people. While looking out of the windows, I see in the distance a huge wall of very dark grey water rising; I feel cold with fear. I turn and look at the people in the building, some are undisturbed and unaware of the approaching water, and some are aware and frantically gathering up their possessions, and trying to run away, out of the building. Again I look out of the window, and I see that waves are forming on the wall of water, the foam at the tips is deep black. There is not much time left, the water is approaching, and I see that the towers in its path are being completely engulfed. I see a small girl close to me, and I feel I have to try to hold on to her, and reassure her that she should not be afraid. At this moment I feel sad for all the children and that they are all so afraid. I take her hand, and we try to leave the tower; I am worried that if we get caught by the water in the building, we will be crushed against all the structures, and will not be able to reach the surface of the water unharmed. Somehow we stay ahead of the path of the water, and we manage to stay together despite the many other people. We get out of the tower, I'm holding onto her tightly, and we reach a narrow winding road. On each side of this road are small separate cottages, and no more high buildings. I look back and see that the water is really close now, and the towers have been crushed and destroyed. I'm holding tightly onto the small girl, and I know that the water will reach us any second, there is no place to run to anymore. I no longer feel fear though; rather I feel peace, as I know that we will rise safely straight to the surface of the water. I feel awed that everything will be completely submerged under a tremendous weight of water, and gone forever. I woke from this dream feeling very disturbed. My entire chest felt like it was bursting with heartbeat; I could feel heartbeat pulsing all over my chest. Love, Semira
