Guest guest
" Hindu scriptures very clearly state that MENTAL WORSHIP IS FAR SUPERIOR TO WORSHIP OF IMAGES , but all worship starts with idols and images. Ordinary people cannot conceive anything with out a form. Even though JEHOVAH himself never defined WHO IS GOD even to Moses, in all religions God is worshiped with a name and form. In Raja Yoga, the scientific part of Hinduism, God is looked upon as if it is PURE ENERGY. In that part of Hinduism there is no mention of God with any name or form. In the UPANISHADS, God is described with metaphors such as NETI-NETI meaning NOT THIS and NOT THAT. Even in the Bhagavad Gita, God said FOOLS NOT KNOWING MY TRANSCENDENTAL NATURE THINK THAT I, THE UNMANIFESTED AM EQUIPPED WITH A MANIFESTED FORM.
