Guest guest Posted June 8, 2007 Report Share Posted June 8, 2007 Dear Friends, Today I have had a dream which seems to me to be related to the post I wrote below. There was the shape of a face appearing out of greyish clouds. I first saw this in profile, as it began forming features, and then it turned towards me so that I could see it full on. As it formed it seemed to set, into something very hard and mask-like, it looked like greyish wood. There were holes for the eyes, and in these holes was a dazzling golden-white light. The light was growing in radiance, and could also be seen all around the outer edge of the mask. I thought of Christ. This image faded away, and in its place another mask appeared. This time the features were of a wonderful woman. Being in the presence of the mask I could feel Her patience, gentleness, and compassion radiating towards me. The mask was suspended in front of me, and I felt a compulsion to become moulded into it, and so I moved quickly forward, and took the mask in my hands and pushed it very hard onto my face. I felt its hardness and coolness on my face, and I felt myself becoming one form with it. Now I found myself part of a timeless forest of trees, and was watching animals playing, all unaware of my presence. It seemed I was there for a very long time, peacefully watching, and now there were people, and I was watching them also, their emotions and their struggles. I was thinking how everything that is material passes....
