Guest guest
So by saying the mantra " Mother, please give me the pure knowledge of the spirit " , we could attain all knowledge. Does it means we will have all the knowledge transferred to us? I have been saying it very often say, each time I meditated but I was not given knowledge. Did I miss out on something? Please help. Additionally, you did mention something about some Sahaja Yogis " stop thinking " and they were wrong about it. I thought Mother said if they are any problems, we become thoughtless and then put all our problems into it, then it will be solved. Mind to explain? :- ) From my own experience, each time when I meditated and achieved thoughtless awareness, I would see some yellowish light coming down from my sahasrara. That is the moment when all the thoughts inside my mind ceased and peace is established. I heard some people said it's the Grace that descends and flows into the Ida and Pingala nadi which makes us feel relaxed. Mother has said all we need to do during meditation is to go thoughtless. I have meditated with my attention on top of my head (sahasrara) all this while and what will happen if I continue meditating this way?
