Guest guest
It is known that after receiving our Self-Realization, we will feel the cool breeze on top of our head and also on both of the palms of our hands. Nevertheless, I only felt the cool breeze occasionally while sometimes, I do not feel it at all. I also wonder if I asked any questions to the Absolute, how accurate would the answer be because I only feel a little cool breeze, which I doubt sometimes if it is actually the vibrations I am feeling and felt it would mislead me to sometimes believe I am getting a positive answer. Any ideas on that?
Guest guest
Dear Don, i will C & P your question... It is known that after receiving our Self-Realization, we will feel the cool breeze on top of our head and also on both of the palms of our hands. Nevertheless, I only felt the cool breeze occasionally while sometimes, I do not feel it at all. [but nevertheless, you " did " feel the Cool Breeze, which is a sign that you have been born of the Spirit! i don't quite know how to 'put this' but the Cool Breeze is not there, just so we continually need to check it is there. It is there as a sign that we are born of the Spirit. If you know that you are born of the Spirit, and have confidence in that, you do not always need to check that you are emitting a Cool Breeze, if you know what i mean (smile). i mean, if you are continually concerned about 'emitting a Cool Breeze', that anxiety in itself can stop its flow! It is better to just put your attention on the Divine Mother Within, and you can be sure, that you will be emitting a Cool Breeze. Of course, if there are such issues as conditionings, fears, anxieties, or other such things in your life, this will hinder the Cool Breeze's flow also. (smile) So don't worry, but just surrender everything to Her, OK?!] I also wonder if I asked any questions to the Absolute, how accurate would the answer be because I only feel a little cool breeze, which I doubt sometimes if it is actually the vibrations I am feeling and felt it would mislead me to sometimes believe I am getting a positive answer. [OK. Have you asked any questions of the Divine to start with? You will only find out how accurate the answer will be, when you first ask a question. i have asked the Divine many questions from my heart. Usually the answer comes as a 'knowing' from within, and the answer often comes straight away. i don't know what your questions are. Only you know what your questions are, so we can't go into that. But if you have any questions, that we can help answer, then you can also ask us. However, if you have questions, that only the Divine Within can answer, then you have to ask the Divine. It is better to nourish your relationship with the Divine Within, than to worry whether, or whether not, you are emitting a Cool Breeze. While you are worrying about that, you are still " thinking " about that. However, when you are in thoughtless awareness in your meditation, just talk to the Divine Within, and the Divine will answer you straight away through an 'awareness' that you will receive from within, which is called " thoughtless awareness " ! Only you can do that for yourself. i can't do it for you, OK?! (smile) i have tried it many, many times, and have never been disappointed. Of course, sometimes, depending upon what it is, the answer may come days, or months later, but most questions in my experience, are answered almost before they are asked. That is my experience. (smile) So be brave like a scientist, and just work a bit harder on that internal spiritual relationship, and i am sure you will have greater success too. And don't forget that the most important thing is to surrender everything to the Divine, as most problems or issues resolve that way, interestingly enough!] i hope this helps. regards, violet , " don19831114 " <hylee42 wrote: > > It is known that after receiving our Self-Realization, we will feel the > cool breeze on top of our head and also on both of the palms of our > hands. Guest guest
Dear Don (and All), You did mention about putting attention on the Divine Mother within. Can you explain more on this, do you actually mean meditate in " Thoughtless Awareness " as putting attention on the Divine Mother within? [in meditation you are in an Awareness that is without thought. The best way to get into an awareness without thought, is to put your attention on the Divine Mother Within.] And yes, I have asked questions from the Divine within to seek answers. [OK! (smile)] Nevertheless, I do not know if the Divine has given me answers because I feel that sometimes the thoughts that appeared in my mind could be from my own intellectual mind and not answers from the Divine. [if you are in Awareness, without thought, the answers that come are not from your mind. It is yourself that has to learn to know the difference. i cannot do that for you. Only you can do that for yourself (smile). You will know by the 'knowing' that you receive, that it is not from the mind. The mind does not know/comprehend the things of the Spirit. It only knows the things of the mind. However, the inner Spirit knows the things of the Spirit. When you are in connection with your Spirit, the Awareness is there. You need to accept it, and not doubt your Spirit. The best way to attain Awareness without thought, is to put your attention on your Spiritual Mother Within, who is the Holy Spirit.] Based on what you have said, the answer usually comes as a " knowing " from within. Do you mean intuition or sudden knowing? [Yes! It is an like a beautiful, silent, awareness. i have many times in meditation, no sooner intended the question, than the answer comes! It is an awareness. It is not thought. It is an awareness. You can call it intuition, because 'intuition' you could say, means you are " in to it " , that is, you are into thoughtless awareness (smile)] And you also said just talk to the Divine Within when you are in thoughtless awareness in your meditation and the Divine will answer you straight away through an 'awareness' that you will receive from within, which is called " thoughtless awareness " ! Suppose now I am in thoughtless awareness during my meditation, how do I talk to the Divine within, do I address the Divine as " Mother " or " Spirit " or " Divine, [What do you want to address the Divine Mother as? i usually address Her as " Mother " . Sometimes i use no address, but just commune silently with Her, but the intent of 'Mother' is there. Intent is instantaneously received by the Divine Within, whom you cannot deceive. Human communication can sometimes be filled with maya, where the intent is not clear. Spiritual communication is direct and instantaneous. The intent of the person is perceived instantaneously by the Divine Within. If for example, a religious person is saying a long-drawn-out prayer, with fanciful words, because they think it will please the Divine, they don't understand this instant communication of intent. The Divine would probably laugh about it, that here is this person that is making long winded prayers. The best prayer is the sincere open heart, that receives the communication of love that fills the heart, and overflows. The heart that is in Silence, receives. The heart that is in Silence, does not have mental thoughts interfering. Therefore the heart that is in Silence, knows when the Spirit is speaking.] I have a question I would like to ask you.....blah blah blah " This is what I have been doing all this while... [i don't mind you asking questions. But i would like you to give some thought also, on what you are saying. By this i mean, i am trying to help you, and you say 'Blah, blah, blah?! (LOL!) .... and I would like to know if it is incorrect. If it is, please let me know [We encourage questions on this forum. i want you to know, that i have only been able to answer your questions, because of my own experience of " going within " . That is why i can also answer your questions. It is not incorrect to ask questions. It is only incorrect if a person continually asks questions from external persons, rather than " going within " . i am not saying that you are doing that. i am pointing you in the right direction which is " within " . Jagbir has not said " Silence on Self " numerous times, without good reason! (smile)] As far as surrendering everything to the Divine to let it solve all our problems, if I understand you correctly, I guess what you are trying to say is we should be detached and let nature take over. Am I right on this? [surrendering to the Divine, cannot be comprehended mentally. It is a spiritual state. When a person surrenders to the Divine, they get the answers from within themselves. That is the spiritual state of Awareness, without thought. The connection is there, and in that connection, the awareness of answers to questions, comes. There may be some questions you want to ask others, which is correct to do, as it is good to share our knowledge and experience with each other. Then there are the questions, which can only be satisfactorily answered to our heart's content, from within. Here are some such questions, and answers: Question: " How do I have Silence on Self? " Answer: By going within. Question: " How do I have answers to questions from within myself? " Answer: By going within. Question: " How do I meditate in thoughtless awareness? " Answer: By going within. regards, violet Dear Violet, You did mention about putting attention on the Divine Mother within. Guest guest
Dear Violet, Thanks....Anyway, how do we put our attention of the Divine Mother within? You've mentioned that it is by " Going Within " but how do we " Go within " ? For me, I will usually sit in meditation and try to put my attention on top of my head at the Sahasrara. There will be no thoughts coming into my mind and there is only awareness. Is this the thoughtless state? Once you have attained and sustained it, and merged with the Shakti within, there will be nothing to ask. You will always want to be Silent within as the thoughtless state is the source of vast spiritual powers - all of present questions will become so trivial and mundane. You absolute need to first heal and stabilize this fragmented human mind. So first learn how to empower and make yourself your own master by meditating and maintaining Silence on your Self/Shakti. Till you do not achieve this forget about asking questions, or getting answers. All this is going to take considerable time and patience. " ... we see all religions at their highest point end in mysticism and mysteries, that is to say, in darkness and veiled obscurity. These really indicate merely a blank spot for knowledge, the point where all knowledge necessarily ceases. Hence for thought this can be expressed only by negations, but for sense-perception it is indicated by symbolical signs, in temples by dim light and silence, in Brahmanism even by the required suspension of all thought and perception for the purpose of entering into the deepest communion with one's own self, by mentally uttering the mysterious Om. In the widest sense, mysticism is every guidance to the immediate awareness of that which is not reached by either perception or conception, or generally by any knowledge. The mystic is opposed to the philosopher by the fact that he begins from within, whereas the philosopher begins from without. The mystic starts from his inner, positive, individual experience, in which he finds himself as the eternal and only being, and so on. But nothing of this is communicable... " [1] In the meantime just _study_ the forum and websites. There is so much you can learn about Her, knowledge that will sustain your faith for the rest of your life as you participate in the Last Judgment. Do not forget this advice even if you go for regular SY meditation. i do not want you to be one of the 99.99% who leave because they think (official) Sahaja Yoga is about the subtle system, chakras, stress relief, etc. Maybe you should find out for yourself how long it will take for SYs to tell you the truth. Check out also how much they know of the Holy Scriptures in relation to what they are teaching. But please do not be sucked into treatments/cures/footsoaking because your own Kundalini (Holy Spirit) is far, far, far more powerful. Last, but not the least, pay attention to Violet's advice. regards, jagbir [1] Schopenhauer, The World as Will and Representation, Vol. II, Ch.
