Attention on the Spirit

I have read in Mother's lectures that she said " Put your attention on

our Spirit " . Does it mean that we should focus our attention on top of

our head or at the middle of our heart 24 hours a day even while we are

not meditating? Because it is known that we should follow our hearts

more than our brains after self-realization and if we pay attention to

our hearts, and let the Spirit emits itself...then it will clear out

completely all our confusions of the brain and everything.

 

Please shed some light on this matter
